DIGITAL SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Our sublimation printing process is designed for polyester based fabrics including (but not limited to) lycra, chiffon, satins, sports fabrics, mechanical stretch, poly linens, jerseys and knits.
​
In order for our process to work, the fabric must have a high percentage of polyester; 75% or more. The higher the polyester content the cleaner and more vibrant your print will be.
Our customers can provide their own fabric or we have stock line fabrics available.

While being able to offer sample runs from 1m, Emerald Dreams can also cater for bulk orders with a fast turn-a-round on all print runs.
​
At Emerald Dreams we pride ourselves on service, with most print jobs ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days of receiving your final order.
Our water-based inks are environmentally friendly and our printing process saves on both water and energy.
